Hi there!

I’m a UX Researcher with 6 years of experience helping state government teams make complex digital services easier to use. I support the Drupal-based GovHub CMS, which serves 90+ state agencies and millions of visitors, and I provide website editors with evidence-based recommendations to better serve their audiences.

My case studies include end-to-end research, from framing the problem through testing, synthesis, and insights. I’ve also applied UX research to customer experiences that extend beyond the screen.
