Hi there!

I have 6 years of experience working on the Drupal-based GovHub CMS, which serves 90+ state government agencies. On the consumer-facing side, that translates into serving about 8 million visitors per day. In addition, I guide agency website editors with evidence-based recommendations to help them better serve their specific audiences.

My case studies include end-to-end research from framing the problem to testing, synthesis, and insights. I’ve also applied UX research to customer experiences that extend beyond a web screen.
